When the cultural differences are laid out, it is time to look at these differences and go through practical scenarios to measure the possible impact of the participant´s individual cultural style with that of the target country, and to set strategies for bridging the differences to be even more effective and efficient in the new environment.
Planning for Social Success
This part will focus on the specific protocols to observe in a new country, such as tipping, how to address and greet people, observation of gender differences and of course practical aspects such as information on health system, transportation, free time possibilities. An important part of this category is to look at how to deal with adjustment and culture shock including children´s and spouse´s adjustment when applicable.
